At the hospital, bloods that come through to the lab for testing come with request forms stating patient details, tests needed plus a small section for clinical details. These forms are usually filled with information by doctors only on a need to know basis. Sometimes we get interesting details and today was one such day. It must have been a doctor with a sense of humour.
