So 16 days on and I have lost another kilo. Also I now fit into my jeans! Woo hoo! No more walking around in baggy black pants or using the belly belt. I actually forgot how it felt to be able to button up the metal button on jeans.
There is still a lot of work to be done - the tightening of skin around the belly, sit ups, walking, jogging - but all that can wait. I have a baby to care for and these days weight loss is the last thing on my mind. Foremost is SLEEP. I need sleep!
