A few girl friends are throwing me a bridal shower this Saturday! I'm sooo excited. Its gonna be a day at the spa followed by a light lunch. Not a big gathering, just a small one with a few close gal pals. Dear sweet Mace pulled this together including the invite. Isn't the invite pretty? My theme colors too! Pink and bronze-ish brown! Thanks Mace! :)
I'm looking forward to a nice looong massage... heavenly!

Hey Cheryl..I came across ur blog while searching for Trader's Ballroom Setup for wedding dinner. Ur ballroom setup is really nice. Like the linens u've on ur every of ur tables & chairs; are they provided by the hotel or u have an external vendor to decorate this nice ballroom? Congrats to u an ur hubby :) Thanks. Cheers D.
Hi Anonymous... :) Glad you stumbled across my blog. The linens and setup was supplied by the hotel. However I did make very specific requests and constantly reminded them of the details to ensure they gave me what I wanted. We were the first wedding after ballroom renovation which was great.

Thanks for your fast response. I'm planning to have it there but I was told such nice linens cost extra..coz it's provided by external vendor..is that true? The current linens provided are quite plain; I saw urs and simply fell in love with it...hahaha. So thought I should check with u first. Cheers. Thanks again :o) D
No ours was definitely from the hotel. The fancy detailing was only available on the main table though. My guest tables had a simple silver/ light gold table runners through the center.
If you are not getting the detailed one for your main table, try negotiating with them or even showing the picture to them (if you want the same exact one) I had to negotiate a fair bit for what I wanted.
Oh and Muzaimin was the name of the hotel executive handling our event. If that helps.. :)
